Shea Pierre, born on January 20th, 1989, is a dynamic figure in the world of athletic performance coaching. Weighing 180lbs and standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall, his career highlights include being drafted to the Canadian Football League (CFL) in 2012 and serving as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for both Guelph Gryphons football and the Toronto Argonauts. These achievements underscore his expertise and impact in the realm of professional sports.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Shea is a dedicated family man, married to Laura Pierre, and a proud father to three children: Cruz, Maveric, and Aria. He is the Head Performance Coach at PEP (Pierre’s Elite Performance), where he brings his experience as a former professional football player and coach to guide and train athletes. Shea’s personal philosophy, “It’s Not About Doing Your Best, It’s About Doing What’s Required,” reflects his commitment to excellence and the practical approach he brings to training and life.

- Space: A safe, open area is essential for conducting the exercises effectively. This could be a field, a spacious garage, or a quiet street—anywhere your child has enough room to move around freely and safely.
