The Youth Speed System is a custom-designed, three-month training program for young athletes. This program emphasizes developing foundational athletic skills with fun, engaging exercises that do not require equipment. Scheduled three days a week, each session lasts 30 to 45 minutes, tailored to fit the attention spans of young learners.

Exactly what we were looking for. The kids play club soccer and we asked what's the best way to help their chances at making a competitive high school team. They said speed training. It's great to do at home and we have the flexibility to pick our own days for training around practices. Gyms or organized programs often have designated days which make it hard to commit to. We've made small adjustments like using steps indoor for the hill sprints. I'd love to see alternatives in the program for indoor or limited space as we've done.
Sweet short and Powerful....can handle Day 1 - Dsy 5 with ease everyday 10min a sessions abd still jave time to gym and cycle the same day.

Weighing 180lbs and standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall, his career highlights include being drafted to the Canadian Football League (CFL) in 2012 and serving as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for both Guelph Gryphons football and the Toronto Argonauts. These achievements underscore his expertise and impact in the realm of professional sports.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Shea is a dedicated family man, married to Laura Pierre, and a proud father to three children: Cruz, Maveric, and Aria. He is the Head Performance Coach at PEP (Pierre’s Elite Performance), where he brings his experience as a former professional football player and coach to guide and train athletes.
