Refund Policy for Digital Products

At PEP Speed, we are committed to providing the highest-quality digital speed training programs for athletes, parents, and coaches.

Because all of our products are digital downloads that include immediate access to PDF training manuals and other digital resources, all sales are final.

Once a purchase has been completed, you receive instant lifetime access to the purchased material. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned, and we cannot verify whether they have been copied, saved, or used. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that:

  • You understand that the product is a digital download (no physical product will be shipped).
  • The program is appropriate for the athlete's age, experience level, and goals.

Every PEP Speed digital program includes:

  • Lifetime access
  • Unlimited viewing of your purchased PDF
  • Future reference whenever you need it

Because access is permanent, purchases cannot be revoked once delivered.

When We Will Help

Although we do not offer refunds, we will always make things right if there is a legitimate issue with your order.

We will gladly assist if:

  • You did not receive your download.
  • Your PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You accidentally received the wrong product.
  • There was a duplicate charge due to a technical error.
  • There is a technical issue preventing access to your purchase.

If one of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not available for reasons including:

  • Changed your mind.
  • Purchased the wrong program.
  • Ordered by mistake.
  • Decided you no longer need the program.
  • Found another program elsewhere.
  • Didn't have time to complete the training.
  • Expected results without completing the program.
  • Purchased without reading the product description.

Results Disclaimer

Every athlete develops at a different rate.

Our programs are built using proven speed training principles and coaching methods, but results depend on many factors, including:

  • Consistency
  • Effort
  • Age
  • Athletic ability
  • Previous training experience
  • Nutrition
  • Recovery
  • Overall commitment

For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific athletic results, and refunds will not be provided based on individual performance outcomes.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Our support team is committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks involving digital products may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and additional action where appropriate.
