The program has a great combination of drills. It says a younger age range, but I think my kids who are 12, 10, 10, and 9 are a good fit since they don’t have the same sports background.
My kids have been working on it for a week and they have been enjoying it. My only critique is the drills in the videos are not all named identically to the ones in the worksheet and the YouTube videos should have chapters to each drill so you don’t have to blindly scrub through the video to review a specific drill.

Weighing 180lbs and standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall, his career highlights include being drafted to the Canadian Football League (CFL) in 2012 and serving as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for both Guelph Gryphons football and the Toronto Argonauts. These achievements underscore his expertise and impact in the realm of professional sports.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Shea is a dedicated family man, married to Laura Pierre, and a proud father to three children: Cruz, Maveric, and Aria. He is the Head Performance Coach at PEP (Pierre’s Elite Performance), where he brings his experience as a former professional football player and coach to guide and train athletes.
