Every athlete begins with a comprehensive movement, speed, power, and posture assessment using simple at-home video. Done once at the start and as part of our initial onboarding, this forms the foundation for your athlete's Personalized Athletic Speed & Strength Summary
and their Custom Speed Development Roadmap.

Is this program safe for young athletes? +
Yes. Safety is the foundation of this system. Every athlete begins with a full movement, sprint, jump, and posture assessment so training is built specifically around how your child moves. All programming is age-appropriate, progressive, and focused on clean mechanics, joint health, and long-term development—not shortcuts or exhaustion-based training.
How is this different from online speed programs or YouTube workouts? +
This is not a template or pre-recorded program. This is true 1-on-1 online coaching. Your child receives a full assessment, a weekly customized speed and strength program, two personal video technique breakdowns every week, direct messaging access to Coach Shea, monthly parent coaching calls, and monthly progress tracking. Every decision is based on your child’s movement, progress, and schedule.
How much time does my child need to commit each week? +
Most athletes train between two to four times per week, depending on their age, their sport schedule, and what season they’re in. Each session usually runs about thirty to sixty minutes. This program is designed to fit around school, practices, and games — not compete with them. The goal is to improve speed and athleticism without overwhelming your child or burning them out.
Do parents need to be involved? +
Yes. Parent involvement is a key part of success. Families receive monthly parent coaching calls, nutrition education, progress reports, and direct communication. Parents are never left guessing what their child is doing or why it matters.

How soon will we see results? +
Most athletes start to feel more confident and coordinated within the first few weeks. Strength and explosiveness typically improve within four to six weeks. And by the end of the twelve-week phase, most families see clear, measurable improvements in speed, power, and confidence. That said, real athletic development is a long-term process. This program is built to create results that last for years, not just a quick boost that fades.
What does the first 90 days look like? +
The first 90 days are where real transformation begins. In the first few weeks, your child completes their full assessment and receives a personalized Speed & Strength Summary and Development Roadmap. Training initially focuses on movement quality, posture, and foundational speed mechanics. Between weeks 3–6, intensity builds and confidence grows as video feedback quickly cleans up technique. By weeks 7–12, speed, power, and strength begin to compound. You’ll receive a Speed Report Card showing clear progress and the focus for the next phase. By the end of 12 weeks, most families feel a noticeable physical and mental difference.
