1. FULL ELITE ATHLETE ASSESSMENT
Every athlete begins with a comprehensive movement, speed, power, and posture assessment using simple at-home video. Done once at the start and as part of our initial onboarding, this forms the foundation for your athlete's Personalized Athletic Speed & Strength Summary and their Custom Speed Development Roadmap.
WE ANALYZE:
- Sprint Analysis: Shin angles, force direction, hip height, arm mechanics, foot placement.
- Movement Literacy: Squat, hinge, push, pull, core control.
- Power Baseline: Pogo jumps, vertical, broad jump, depth drop.
- Posture: Pelvic control, joint stacking, symmetry.
2. WEEKLY CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
Your child receives a fully customized weekly training program built directly from their full assessment profile and specifically targeted to their sport, age, and ability. Programs are updated weekly based on progress, fatigue, and competition demands.
